These services include: administrators, teachers, and other educators (collectively, “Educators”) as well as students enrolled in courses available through the Services (“Students”). This Privacy Policy may change over time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Children’s Information: We will only gather personal information from a child under 18 through the Services if that student's school, school district, and/or teacher has agreed (as outlined in the Terms of Service) to obtain parental consent for the child to use the Services and disclose personal information to us to support the learning environment. If we find out that we have obtained personal information from a child under 13 without the required parental consent from the child's school, school district, and/or teacher, we will delete that information. Information Collected Automatically
We collect and store specific information whenever you use our Services. When accessing or using Standard Education and browsing our websites, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs, including your IP address, cookie information, and the requested page. Additionally, we record details of your activity, the number and frequency of visitors to our services, and your location when accessing the services. For instance, we capture details about whether you access the Services from a school, home, or other location. We use various technologies to collect web browsing information, including cookies (small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory). These technologies help us improve our services and your experience, gain insights into popular areas and features of our Services, and track visits.

For example, school administrators may use the services to share information with other educators within their school or school district. Your Standard Education account is safeguarded by a password or SSO sign-on for your privacy and security. To prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information or your student's personal information, please select and protect the password associated with the account appropriately.Your Choices

Account Information
You can update, correct, or delete personal information about yourself at any time by editing your profile or by contacting our team. We may retain your information for educational purposes and will delete it when it's no longer needed for the student in the school context.

Incident Response Policy
This policy outlines the procedures for Standard Educatio to identify, respond to, document, and report incidents that affect Information Resources. Incidents include unauthorized access, theft, intrusion, data misuse, activities violating Standard Education's Acceptable Use Policy, denial of service, and corruption of software, computer, and electronic communication systems.This policy is created to safeguard information integrity, availability, and confidentiality, prevent service disruption, and comply with legal requirements. It also outlines the establishment of an Incident Response Team, the process for identifying and reporting an incident, conducting initial investigations, classifying risks, documenting and communicating incidents, defining responder procedures, incident reporting, and training.This policy applies to all individuals responsible for Standard Education’s Information Resources. Any communications regarding incidents will come directly from our team.
